They like to close earlier than the hours are posted but yet still charge you full price for the full hour. I really hope the management starts taking better care of their paying customers or else this place will be out of business due to their lack of customer service.
Hey Soar,
You might want to check your foam pit. For children, animals, anything really. I spent about 1 hour and 45 minutes on site. Kids had a blast and customer service was 50/50. But let's talk about the number of STAFF that were missing from the floor. There were 5 to 6 FEMALE staff members behind the ticket/drink counter, 1 and a half Male staff on the entire warehouse floor. Let us also keep in mind that the main male staff member that held his post the entire time, was located right in front of the ticket/drink counter. I am guessing his job is to watch for safety concerns and such. Now as you may know there is a LEFT SIDE & RIGHT SIDE to the location. The main trampoline floor and the ticket/drink counter are on the LEFT SIDE. The main foam pit is on the RIGHT SIDE. Ok, zero and I mean ZERO staff members were on the RIGHT SIDE for the entire 1 hour and 45 min I myself was present on site. WHO THE HECK IS WATCHING THE FOAM PIT! Have you ever used a foam pit. Kids of any age that can crawl/climb up the 3 steps, can make their way into the pit. OK
SO, my main point is, the entire time I was at SOAR in Joplin, I had a thought I could NOT shake. I wonder if there is a child trapped under the foam while all these kids are jumping in and out.
Note: My eight-year-old son compared the foam pit to quicksand.
Now, I feel like this type of establishment would have certain rules to follow and certain roles to be carried out by employees.
Might I suggest a lifeguard type role for the foam pit.
Unless your waiver, which included the mention of possible Death is enough for you guys to continue business this way.
Too expensive to visit a lot but nice when we get to go.
Definitely a place to take the kids and have fun. When the younger kids want to play war ball in the net then the older kids should have to let them play a game then the older kids and keep switching too many younger kids wanted to play but can't play when ita 7 8 and 9 yr Olds against teenagers
As 3 adults who went to a trampoline park we had a blast !! I will admit I was hoping for an adult section just to avoid any littles getting hurt. We had such a fun time on the leg sweeper, the Ninja Course could used some updated items in my opinion, and I expected to see fans of some sort but didn't! I'm not sure if we went on an off day but it did smell ... funky ... obviously feet smell, but nothing some odor eliminator couldn't fix!
It was a little confusing at first, going in you have to go to the left and fill out a waiver (only 2 of the 5 tablets were on/working) and you do have to wear socks they provide that have grippies on the bottom!
These are just things I noticed for my first time coming! I'd definitely do it again, hopefully with a personal fan and without a lingering smell!
Lots of fun was had by all and we were definitely wore out after 30 mins of our hour long jump!
They have trampolines here
It was SO hot. Not to mention, we weren’t able to fill the waiver out online so we waited in line and wasted almost 30 minutes just to sign a waiver! Big Waste of almost $100.
Stinks and you can’t even bring water in!!!
